The work is very flexible and done remotely.

The management played favorites with some of the editors and allowed them to break the rules that everyone else has to follow. The pay was also low (flat rate of $35 per edit that takes 2+ hours - about $12/hr) and they implemented a new pay structure for 2024 where you got paid the flat rate no matter how long the audio was (often over 1 hour), so the pay rate decreased to <$10/hr.
