Pros

There are no good reasons unless you are a con artist, have no morals, and can lie your way through sales.

Cons

To start off with the company and everyone in it puts off an insanely outgoing exciting environment. This is a front. They are only where they are in the position because they are good at it. It is solely commission based and that is not brought up besides the term they use called "merit based". I was offered a position last week and almost went through with it until they had me jump through a bunch of loops and blame it on me when things went wrong. On my very first day my trainer incorrectly informed me that the meeting was from 9-9:30 and the second meeting would land at 10:30-11. And so i was instinctively showed up 15 minutes early to the first meeting and was late to the second meeting. And so I received my first late violation on my very first and last day attain company. Absolutely terrible experience.

Pros

This company is the first company I have worked for that actually values and respects their employees. From the very first interaction with this company I felt invited and they made me want to be a part of their team. This is a company that fully trains it's employees in all aspects of business. If you have a strong work ethic and are not afraid to work and WANT to be something someday this is definitely a good choice because they will provide you with that opportunity. Because of this the company is growing quickly and I wish I could of stayed in Boise to be a part of that.

Cons

You have to work hard.

Pros

Upbeat and fun at times. Some great people. Company events are nice.

Cons

Most people quit within the first day or week. Many more after the money promised is not made despite herculean efforts. Spent more on the clothing for the job, than what I made on the Job. Business trips in which you are sharing a bed with someone, and paying for gas and food yourself. You are expected to push your way into businesses and walk in like you own the place, going anywhere you want. Trespassing is almost required. A co worker tried to open a door and enter a place in which a sing stating that trespassers would be shot, was hanging in a prominent location. Luckily the door was lock or the person would have just walked in. When I questioned I was made to feel like a wimp for not making an attempt to enter. Often co-workers would walk right in to secure areas and employee only areas, and act like they had every right to be there, then they would ignore employees that tried to question them. This was the culture and presentation they teach. A friend of mine (when they heard that I worked there) informed me that a couple of fellow employees actually put their foot in the doorway and tried to insist on entering and speaking to the pastor who ran the office. If you like that kind of approach, this is the job for you
