Discouraging Leaders, Short staffed - Registered Nurse Northwest Health Employee Review

This place sucks. We are always understaffed. Most times I am here I am running around like a maniac just trying to keep my patients alive. It's impossible to give my patients the care that I want to give them. There is a huge lack of teamwork in my specialty. Additionally, management seems to discourage and berate us for the job we are doing and blames that on the reason we cannot get raises and will tell us that we suck and thats why we cant get raises! Unfortunately, when youre super understaffed and overloaded with patients, other things naturally are going to fall behind, like the quality of your care. I have never had a lunch break here and most of the time I go my entire twelve hour shift without using the bathroom because it's that understaffed. DO NOT WORK HERE
