Pros
Excellent medical benefits. Bi-weekly lunches provided. Overly lax work environment. You can basically come and go as you please, as there is no attendance or tardy policy. Occasionally, you'll find a hard worker in the bunch to befriend.
Cons
Upper management has demonstrated a pattern of dishonesty and untrustworthiness. There have been instances of inappropriate behavior, including mocking of LGBTQ individuals and racial insensitivity, which are deeply concerning. Reporting unprofessional conduct to management is often ignored—even when documented in writing. Escalating concerns to HR has, in some cases, resulted in retaliatory termination and contested unemployment claims. Female employees may experience limited opportunities for advancement. The company’s 401(k) match is low and not managed well. Employees are frequently asked to take on responsibilities typically handled by managers, without appropriate compensation. Performance evaluations often fail to reflect the differences in workload and capability among service coordinators. While I appreciated working directly for the CEO and took pride in my contributions, I believe he may be unaware of many of these ongoing issues.
