Pros
The benefits package is off the charts, virtually 50% kick back of your base salary between the IBA and profit sharing. The holiday parties are amazing with the grandaddy of them being a Christmas party for 3-days at Nemacolin for the entire company - all free to the employee plus $500 of spending money. The company culture is very relaxed with emphasis on "being a good human".
Cons
Commuting to the Dulles corridor has it's occasional headaches but the flexible hours allows me to mitigate the issue very tolerably.
