Pros
• Somewhat flexible schedule • Free meal each time you work a shift • You know how to get free food once you've worked there. It's easy when all you have to do is complain about anything.
Cons
• Doesn't support black employees • Can't be yourself here (No painted nails, eyelashes, scented deodorant, earrings over a certain amount). • They want everyone to look the same, and some of these rules they have for their employees -- in terms of the way you look -- point towards a particular demographic • Management is rude and they pretend to care about you because they have to • I never left on bad terms and one of the managers didn't even acknowledge me as a guest in THEIR dining room. Ironic since we were told to be welcoming to everyone who walked in our doors • Care more about the people eating there than you as an employee • I remember when I worked there. There was a smoothie accidentally spilled on a customers shoes. They called my friend /team member a b*tch and made her cry. What did management do? They stood up for the guest and offered them a free meal.
