      Pros

      The benefits offered are great. The insurance is affordable and provides good coverage. Being offered a pension plan is rare for most companies so the face that Northside does is a plus. Work -life balance is pretty good. There’s many locations so it gives lots of options.

      Cons

      The way paid time off is set up isn’t the best especially if you’re in an outpatient setting and your office is closed on holidays.

      Pros

      A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
