      Pros

      Great team of staff nurses. Majority of the hospital staff are friendly and patients are great

      Cons

      Incompetent management Personality and behavioral issues. Inconsistent with following their own rules. Very two faced leadership team in this department. Low pay and little voice if you're a pee on. Managers block you from moving departments. Upper management isn't clinical and IT SHOWS!!

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
