The Service Excellence! No where else have I had this level of standards required from me. Treating your patients, visitors and each other with high requirements promotes quality care and a very good environment to work in. In addition Management is always looking for staff to grow and excel at NSH. Opportunities are available for those who are willing to invest what it takes to learn and succeed in a Leadership role at Northside Hospital! Preceptor opportunities, Mentor, Charge and our new NEXT program are all just a few opportunities available to the staff RN.
Cons
Atlanta traffic! I would say this is definitely the biggest concern most folks have if their commute is from the suburbs as Atlanta traffic is a daily trial and MARTA doesn't cover many of the areas employees need.
