Pros
NG still maintains a pension program along with a 401k (100% matching up to 4%). Pay is reasonable (competitive) and the location can't be beat.
Cons
Raises are predictable (3-5% based on performance). They award a 2-3% bonus each year to avoid giving out larger raises. The facilities are average at best. Vacation starts at 12 days and only improves to 15 days after 10 years, 20 days after 20 years. Recognition is infrequent and usually insignificant monetarily.
