      Pros

      The people but the good ones are leaving in their droves either resigning or being ushered out for daring to stand up against the inequality.

      Cons

      Toxic bullying culture from the very top. Bigoted and chauvinist MD who belongs in a retirement home. There's more culture in the yoghurt in my fridge than the company purports to have. People are too afraid to speak up for fear of reprisals. The staff satisfaction survey was actually amended to prevent that question being answered truthfully a couple of years ago.

      Pays the bills, Good BDM team.

      Cons

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
