Do not expect to get a pay rise, luxuries like tea or coffee and, in the London office, prepare to see mice running about. The management team, led by the notorious proprietor, are a small, sneering boys club and best avoided.

The location was convenient, and there were some nice and friendly colleagues.

The management approach felt very outdated. There was a strong expectation to stay late, and leaving on time was perceived as a lack of commitment rather than a sign of efficiency. There were no bonuses or meaningful perks, and office facilities were very basic. Overall morale was low, with many unhappy faces around the office.
