Good environment - Analyst Northern Health Employee Review

It was a slower pace environment. Having worked at big companies I liked that small city feel. I really loved the paid time-off and wages. I really loved the work. I made great friends who I miss.

Not many great employers in the North. Everyone knows everyone and has relatives working some where around here. You deal with cliques and you deal with the Bob’s your uncle sheltered from the outside. Northern Health is not too bad for that. Can't avoid it though.

benefits are good, nothing else

managers are choosing people for promotion based not on their education , but on favouritism .... do not recommend to join
