      Pros

      PTO was great, enjoyed clients, at times rewarding, mileage checks, great coworkers... good for your resume, create your own schedule (somewhat)

      Cons

      Billing requirement too high, supervisor had unrealistic expectations and did not put staff first, caseloads just piled up, would not recommend due to high levels of anxiety

      Good support from Admin staff (that is rare) Good to work with rural community that needs so much

      Cons

      The paperwork is too much There aren't a lot of employment options for therapists in the area and the pay reflects that
