Pay is low. Much of the staff doesn't help each other. Management is super disorganized. Revolving door environment. Given a hard time for using sick days or PTO.

Laid back office culture, Work Life balance

Way too much turnover. I don't even introduce myself to new employees anymore because there is a strong chance I'll never see them again. Old, out of date equipment and facilities. Nobody seems to take any pride in the appearance of the building and nobody will take ownership to correct it. It's pretty embarrasing to walk a patient past carpet stains and bring them to a dressing room with a broken door accordion door. Very poor workflow from a tech standpoint. Stubborn bosses from an old regime that won't adapt to the requirements of new company ownership in a fast changing landscape of healthcare.
