Their HR practices borderline on illegal activity. I knew my position was being eliminated (they bought out my company) so I opted out of the 401k since I knew I would only be there for a short time. Imagine my surprise when they went against my wishes and started deducting 401k funds from my paycheck. In the 15 months I worked there they did not process a single payroll correctly. They would pay employees incorrectly or payroll deduct for benefits that the employee did not sign up to receive. I caught them adding taxable gross wages to employees without giving them the net payroll for those wages. How is that legal? I caught them sending out incorrect W-2's at year end. The Corporate office would argue with me when I brought up these errors and if it wasn't for my persistence they would not have corrected them. They would also not send in your 401k deferrals or match for months. When they finally did get around to submitting those funds most times it would be for incorrect amounts.
