Pay is average. They got rid of extra shift bonus which is a con but otherwise fair pay.

The bullying I endured from my preceptors at Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital made me question my nursing career. During my first two weeks, I was excited to start my job, but I quickly faced aggression that felt intentional as if they wanted me to quit. This toxic environment hindered my ability to learn and grow, leaving me feeling disheartened about the profession I once loved.
