Pros
NorthPoint does a great job guiding new hires as they enter their new roles. From the beginning of interviewing to now in the onboarding process, expectations have been very clear. The people are very inviting and easy to fit in with, not exclusive or cliquey-feeling. The company has been hiring and growing so much within the past year, so it is comforting that many coworkers are in a similar place as me. New hires all start on Tuesdays, so it is nice to start with a group of others rather than alone. Amazing benefits and a leadership that genuinely cares about people and communities
Cons
The interview process was a little lengthy, but the recruiter followed-up almost immediately after I completed a task. The amount of time it takes from beginning to finish was only about 2 weeks.
