Good work hours, nice people in the offices, low stress, lots of downtime, decent pay, and management supports its employees.

Not much room to grow without relocation, clients can make things complicated, and not much work to do during downtime.

The Tempe leadership remains physically absent and largely unapproachable, creating a significant disconnect between oversight and operations. There is a notable lack of presence in the field and minimal substantive communication from project leads. Responsibility is frequently deflected rather than shared, often leading to individual employees being unfairly held accountable for systemic failures. The resulting culture is one of fear, where exiting the company often leads to reputation-damaging commentary from leadership. The organization faces significant customer co concentration risk due to an over-reliance on a single revenue stream. Without a robust strategy for diversification, the firm is highly vulnerable to market fluctuations. Lastly— The company consistently overlooks the contributions of field staff, leading to a profound sense of disengagement. Compensation structures are reactive rather than merit-based, making career advancement an uphill battle. There has been a notable exodus of qualified leadership due to organizational dysfunction. Unfortunately, the retention of a few detrimental management figures has compromised the culture, resulting in high turnover and a loss of institutional knowledge.
