Pros
Struggling to find any pros
Cons
-Management is arrogant and dismissive. -Management will run the department dangerously thin which causes staff to flee which further spreads the department thin. -Management makes no attempt to increase pay or benefits in order to retain talent -Tells hospital admin exactly what they want to hear but never deliver. -If an employee wishes to leave, NAPA makes it incredibly hard for them to leave and will use any and all effort to make that employee pay for med mal tail, extra compensation, will require former staff give poor references. NAPA would rather ruin a former employees career than give them the satisfaction that they are leaving their indentured servitude. -NAPA will groom the department chief's to be just as ruthless and selfish as them -Hospitals in NH are already pulling their contracts. The precedent has been set and NAPAs house of cards will hopefully fall soon.
