      Pros

      Mi experience in Nearsure has been great. Since I'm here I've grown a lot. I was able to learn from my co workers and I am able to propose new projects and lead them. The environment is great and the team work is always first.

      Cons

      In a fast start up environment you have to be able to be flexible and adaptatively to the changes.

      Remote first company. Flexible working arrangement.

      Upper management only look at profit and numbers, and do not value much of operational employees.
