This is why we invest so much in creating a culture of transparency (monthly all-hands, regular comms on slack, all team targets achievement available on company-wide documents, Eletive platform to collect people's feedback - anonymously or not, etc.). The whole leadership and I strive to create clarity so that everyone understands what we are trying to achieve, why and how! This is particularly important at times of rapid change: whether it is in our industry or the software industry in general.
