      Pros

      I have a lot of customer skills. I know how to talk to customers when they are in a good mode or when they are having a bad day. How to respond rapidly to how they feel that day. Am also bilingual. I know how to speak and write very good in english and spanish. I am very good in math and know how to do math very fast in my head.

      Cons

      The days that am sick for some reason, I just tend not to talk a lot and sometimes people think that I am mad but am not. Am just been a little quiet.
