      Just passed my first 90 days with the company and so far, it’s been great. Leadership has been willing to listen and discuss current processes and ideas. The company seems to understand that we are all different and that it takes all kinds to be successful!

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
