Pros
co-workers are like family, flexible hours, available training that leads to internal promotion, brand pride (Norm Reeves and Honda), the customers are reasonable and I love hearing they're personal Honda stories.
Cons
The store went through a major management change at the beginning of the year. It came with growing pains but I wouldn't consider that a "con".
