- Lack of clear JDs. The company should share clear job descriptions with employees - Lack of clear internal communication infrastructure. So if there's any change in hierarchy or role, no effective communication practice is in place - Annual bonuses should be introduced - Medical coverage policy should be revised in view of employees' needs
