Pros

- Work-life balance is prioritized - Happy hour every week with the Principals and Senior Staff as well as newbies and younger staff - Supportive environment - Teams lean on each other for support without worrying about scrutiny - There really is no hierarchy - Projects are all unique and challenging in a fun way

Cons

- Working in office every day (although it allows you to grow closer with your coworkers and allows you not to have to take your work "home" with you at night)
