The colleagues are the best. People here are generally nice, friendly and very helpful.
Cons
This company changes your job scope as and when they like it and with little accountability - this can range from an overhaul of the entire dept (so the dept is left without a proper HOD, and reporting directly to a freelance consultant who has other clients too) and even to firing someone who received a decent appraisal just weeks before (with a “we don’t need to give you any reason, it’s within our right to do so”). Whenever someone resigns, they just dump the person’s workload unto existing employees. They always provide empty promises of new hires. They expect people to take on more work but without recognition, increments or promotions. Career progress at Norbreeze is not common. Management blames employees a lot, without reflecting on their own actions or attitude. With grossly inadequate HR retention policies, the company does not respect employees and treat them as disposable and replaceable tools. So many people from various departments have left Norbreeze towards the second half of the year, even with a guaranteed AWS. Good for them.
