6yThank you for your review. It is great to see that you would recommend us as an employer, but I was sorry to read you feel staff are not treated fairly.
I want to reassure you that our HR Department are not responsible for making recruitment decisions. This is down to the Recruiting Manager. Our HR Team support managers through the recruitment process and ensure fairness, consistency and adherence to procedure. Managers are encouraged to select the best candidate for the job based upon their skills and knowledge.
