Based in the blackpool office, nice office environment and staff are easy to get on with.

No bonus scheme only profit share and it is always disappointing. They over promise every year on this and sell it as "life changing" when you join the company, which is just a blatant lie. No career progression really, if you indicate you are looking to progress they will get more out of you by promising things in the future which never materialise. The pay is also well below the industry average which is very poor for a company that claims to be a market leader.

Good Team atmosphere and Staff all get along well, the Workload is shared across the full team so a team effort is required to get through the work on a daily basis.

Finish times are not set in stone, on busy days can result in working a little later to get the days work completed, but thats for the whole team and doesn't fall to individuals to sort. a late finish on average might only be 15 to 30 mins late and they're very few and far between, most of the time you finish on time or a little earlier.
