Pros
NorMed is a place where you’re expected to own your work. Leadership sets direction, but you’re trusted to figure out how to get there. If you like being responsible for outcomes and actually seeing the impact of what you build, it’s a good environment.
There’s room to move fast. If something makes sense, you can test it and run with it. Good ideas don’t sit around forever. People are straightforward, focused, and generally supportive.
Cons
It’s not for someone who needs constant direction, but if you’re self-driven and want the ability to perform without someone looking over your shoulder, you’ll do well here.
