Meh - Anonymous employee Noonday Collection Employee Review

There's a large disconnect between departments, specifically the warehouse downstairs & creative/marketing/sales/accounting departments upstairs. The upstairs staff is snobby and demeaning to everyone else. Noonday also exploits the refugee employees - only filming them when doing promos, giving larger work loads and responsibility without a pay raise. Management is TERRIBLE, but they refuse to fire those employees. There is high turnover because people can only handle so much.
