      Interesting projects in the DACH area Cutting-edge technologies Remote line managers Freedom for the workers Nobody comes to office on Fridays Security through a big holding company Salary is quite OK

      Cons

      Remote line managers Both remote and local management is often schizophrenic Competition between dispersed teams, therefore insufficient product documentation to protect themselves, forcing technicians to "learn on the job" Extremely slow decision making processes Extremely small local team, thus no career prospects Higher than average turnover for engineers and for line managers Reliant on just a few big customers

      Pros

      Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

      Cons

      More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
