They have little to no systems to assist in producing accurate financial/inventory information. You have to rely on a ton of google sheets that are often not updated or the information is wrong. There are no processes in place which makes it a chaotic work environment. They preach they care deeply about their employees but if something happens in your personal life that even slightly disrupts your work they will come after you. It was an incredibly impersonal environment which made asking for help when you need it extremely difficult.
