Pros
Decent benefits but that's how they lure you in to the lion's den and when you realize how hard you have to work for them, you see why they offer a decent benefits package. they have to bribe you with something bc they know they are about to make your life hell. Beer on Friday's (5%) and you can wear whatever.
Cons
Be prepared to work like a dog. They present you with all of these "opportunities" when you first interview with them but when you actually start working its a different ball game. You will literally be on the phone from the moment you clock in to the moment you leave, and many times later. You have a quota of calls to reach every day and they are watching you like a hawk. They will walk up and down the aisles watching you as you work and monitoring your conversations. It is like being on a major league sports team and they are constantly pressuring you to make more calls and work harder and faster. It is NEVER enough. They are aggressive and relentless- sending you emails all day every day on where you're at in call numbers in comparison to the other team members. They also have a tough time resolving issues and taking accountability for where they fail as leaders. They will gaslight you if you complain to management with any issues. The managers who are there have been there for years so there is no room for advancement even tho they tell you there is. The best thing you could do at this company is try to become a broker and ever though they have to work like dogs, too, at least they make bonuses and commission. ** oh yeah, the KICKER: if you decide to put in your 2 week's notice, they will tell you to leave and turn in your key in that same day.
