      Flexible, supportive and educative for students

      Cons

      Hard to take much responsibility, be part of a team as a student. It is hard to find a full time position after master. Instead they move you to PHD direction which is not bad if you were already thinking about it.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
