      Pros

      - large varity of IT topics to work on, from 6G to autonomous driving, to AI / virtual reality to optics - and many many more - true global player - great team, flat hierarchies, company culture based on mutual respect - very flexible working schemes in terms of time and place (working remote, hybrid, etc)

      out of my current view, actually: none!

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
