      Nokia provides a huge pool of technologies, products and roles to work with and cultivate ones' technical and soft skills. One might choose to become expert in a specific field or obtain more spherical know-how in a variety of technologies. Also offers a very nice collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Does not offer the most competitive salaries in the market although it does have several benefits to offer.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
