Work is amazing with challenging new ideas and products; salary and benefits is great for the work;
Cons
Managers are not technical and can not understand struggles; limited video calls (about once every 2 months since COVID); in person meetings only once a quarter; LM and project manager are very confrontational and sometimes very degrading for a company who says to be most ethical. . . Could just my team
