      This is the best company I have ever served, great management, employees friendly, flexible working hours. No second thought, if you get the opportunity then grab it.

      I couldn't find any cons in this organization, I can mention only average and flat increments.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
