Pros
It is for sure a solid step at the beginning of your professional career, however, after a few years of work it is hard to grow if you are not interested in management. Solid point of the company are: - work&life balance - social benefits - people (not all of course...)
Cons
- tons of spam received each day - over managed, flooded by Powerpoint and Excel - no good career path proposals for the technical stuff
