Pros
Personal growth : I started working with NSN as a fresher. As fresher, for me opportunities were decent. Team members were helpful. Office Culture : I had noting to complain. But cost cutting was a big comedy. Benefits : Depends on manager. I had a cool and supportive manager. My efforts were rewarded.
Cons
Company values : I felt values were changing constantly . Some how I feel NSN is in a process of constant change ( may not be good ) Leadership : There were lot of restructuring and reorganization. It may be due to aimless leadership. Compensation : It depends on department you are in. I had seen both extremes
