Cons
Even after opening up to Manager about pay parity, only input from them was for that I'm from a Tier-3 college and HR guideline is to pay less when compared when compared to other colleges. Shouldn't pay be based on performance? Why is company, not able to evaluate a employee even after couple years of working? All my reviews and performance has been good but why wasn't normalization an option? Is there a misconception that people impacted, won't raise voice ?
