High level of responsibility and high level of freedom on how to accomplish objectives. Has learned a lot over the years which can be used in other contexts as well. -Be it small or large scaled business.
Cons
Bureaucracy / too political / too much HR which allows for very little flexibility to be made on an individual level. / too much consensus driven decision making.
