Pros
I was working with great people and great technologies, with teams spread across the globe all working towards a common goal. Good work/life balance, benefits and opportunities for travel available if desired.
Cons
As competition grew, the slow pace of change (driven by complacency?) became frustrating - seemed that vision and strategy was driven by too many old-timers who I believe viewed the company as a 'job for life' and couldn't believe that Nokia might be out-passed by the new platforms.
