      Pros

      If you are looking for a place to hang out the economy downturn. This is a place you can hide for a while.

      Cons

      Re-org, re-org and re-org. I have 6 managers within 2 years due to re-org. It was turned from bad to worse after I was regroup to a incapable group with full of jokers. Management only likes yes man even blind know what was wrong in the team.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
