      Very nice job culture; good equipment; agile methodologies; often soft-skill and hard-skill trainings; skill soft portal; technical stuff library + online one;

      Cons

      No milk, coffee or tee. But you can buy in vending machine.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
