Lot of experienced people High tech and challenging tasks Managers count on everyone´s opinion Possibilities of job rotations, position changes, etc. Be part of a company with great values Work-life balance: possibilities of Home Office, part-time work, etc.

      Cons

      Telecommunication industry moves generally very quick and you can expect some internal changes after some years.
