Pros
Great people, great culture. Lot's of very smart people that know what's needed to win and generally people are great to work with. There's a high level of information sharing, and people are always willing to help and share. The new CEO is a definite plus and his focus on accountability is much needed - let's see it implemented.
Cons
Too many reorganizations too frequently. People never get into their role before they get moved. This also means that your job becomes a networking exercise, and day to day business is becoming more about how to keep your job and get the next one, than actually helping Nokia get stuff done and win. Because of this the good talent is leaving Nokia faster than they can find new, i.e. the people who actually know how to win go elsewhere and become competitors best assets.
