Kannada Politics is high 5. Bad food 6. Bad Canteen 7. Nokia went too low in cost cutting. Looks too cheap for a product base company like nokia 8. Worst appraisal cycle. After evaluation it takes a year to reflect that in your salary. 9. Employee engagement activities are paid and conducted by empolyees only which tends to be very silly like school events
